All orders must be shipped to the credit card's billing address. All orders have a FedEx direct signature requirement. Recipient must be available to sign for delivery. Due to security measures, we are unable to waive this policy under any circumstance. If no one is available to sign, Fed Ex will leave a "call tag" at the residence to arrange for pick up (Express services only) or reattempt delivery.

Shipping and handling is not refundable for any "RTS: Return To Sender" packages. We understand you may be unavailable to sign for packages during normal delivery schedule. In this case we suggest two alternatives that may help:

• Notify your bank or credit card company to include an additional shipping address to your account.
• Have deliveries sent using FedEx EXPRESS services and arrange to pick up and sign for your order at a location near you. (Confirm with your local FedEx Express office for location and hours of operation. Not available for most Home Delivery shipments).
   

We ship to PO Boxes and APO’s via USPS. However, orders of $150.00 or more are shipped via Fed Ex and require a physical, none PO Box or APO, alternate address. A direct signature is required upon delivery of all orders of $150.00 or more.
 

Shipping is based off orders placed by 7:00AM PST. All orders placed after 7:00AM PST will be processed the following business day. Average number of days vary based upon origin and destination. Weekend and holiday deliveries are unavailable, except as noted. Business days are Monday through Friday.

• FedEx Home Delivery: 3 to 5 business days within the US, includes Saturday but excludes Monday deliveries.
• FedEx Express Saver: 3-business days. Excludes Saturday deliveries.
• FedEx 2 Day: 2-business days
• FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivers next business day – usually by 3PM. Excludes Saturday deliveries.
• FedEx Priority Overnight: Delivers next business day – usually by 10:30AM. Excludes Saturday deliveries.
• USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 3 Day delivery which includes Saturday delivery
• USPS Express Mail: Guaranteed overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses
• USPS Express Mail International: 3 to 5 days for many major markets
• USPS Priority Mail International: 6 to 10 days for many major markets
