- Prize Pick-up: Contest Winner will receive electronic airline tickets; hotel reservation will be in Contest Winner’s name and room fees and tax will paid by the Company, as defined below; Contest Winner must pick up the UFC Fan Expo tickets at will call at the Mandalay Bay hotel; Contest Winner must pick up the UFC 114 tickets and the Ed Hardy gear from the Ed Hardy booth inside the Expo. Tickets and reservations are non-transferable. Winners must provide valid photo ID to receive tickets.
- GROUND TRANSPORTATION, PARKING, MEALS AND/OR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY OF THE ABOVE-REFERENCED PRIZE(S). - In the event that the Contest Winner cannot attend, he or she may contact socialnetwork@donedhardy.com for an alternate contestant to be drawn.
- On or before 5/25/10, Contest Winner and his/her guest must consent, in writing, to the use of their names and likenesses in the Company’s video recording of the UFC Fan Expo events for use on the Company’s website(s). If Contest Winner and/or his/her guest fail to execute consent forms, Contest Winner automatically forfeits the Prizes and another winner will be drawn.
